Key Responsibilities: - Independently manage the entire SDLC process, from planning and design to execution and delivery. - Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring they are motivated, skilled, and aligned with project goals. - Demonstrate proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and other relevant web development technologies. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. - Design robust technical architectures and database structures for web applications. - Collaborate effectively with clients, gathering requirements, providing updates, and addressing feedback. - Provide technical training and mentorship to team members. - Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects from start to finish. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members. - Deep understanding of web development principles and best practices.

Requirements   :  Diploma in Computer Engineering Bachelors / Masters in computer science Bachelors / Masters in computer engineering Required Skills: - Programming Languages: PHP, PHP Frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony) - Database Technologies: MySQL, PostgreSQL - Web Technologies: LAMP/WAMP stack, web services, e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, CMS (Joomla, OsCom), OOPS, AJAX, XML, APIs, Wordpress , HTML5 Experience 6 Years of experience in Development 4 Years as a team leader
